ZMK Flexibility

If the default keymap isn’t doing the trick for you, a completely custom layout is achievable. The PCB supports 36 or 40 key layouts, and you can use either 2u or 3u stabilizers. So you can work with what you have, or get super custom.

Jumping in fresh to ZMK should not freak anyone out - there is tons of clear documentation and a community ready to help. With our guides and the official ZMK Discord, simple or complex configurations are possible and headaches are minimized.
